This is a Hurricane Katrina, commercial property insurance coverage dispute. The sole issue presented is whether the trial court erred in granting a partial motion for summary judgment, finding no coverage for increased construction costs under the "Ordinance or Law" endorsement of the policies at issue. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
