Jeanne Sirey appeals a summary judgment granted in favor of her homeowners insurer, State Farm Fire and Casualty Company ("State Farm"), finding that State Farm owed no duty to defend or indemnify Ms. Sirey against the claims asserted by Connie Love and denying Ms. Sirey's cross-motion for summary judgment. For the following reasons, we affirm in part, vacate in part and remand the matter back to the trial court.
