This is an appeal by David Martin from a judgment in favor of A-1 Home Appliance Center, Inc. (A-1), and its insurer, Hanover Insurance Company, in this delictual action arising out of an in-home accident during delivery of a refrigerator. For the following reasons, we affirm that judgment.
