McCLENDON, J.

An ex-spouse appeals the judgment of the trial court that ordered the public sale of the parties' former matrimonial domicile. Because the trial court failed to follow the mandatory procedure set forth by law for partitioning community property, we vacate the judgment and remand for further proceedings in accordance with law.
