After entering a guilty plea with a reservation of rights under State v. Crosby,1 defendant, Roland Thomas, appeals the trial court's denial of his motion to suppress evidence. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the conviction and remand to the trial court for the imposition of the mandatory fine required by La. R.S. 14:95.1(B).
