Defendant/appellant, Dail Breaux ("Breaux"), appeals the trial court's judgment, decreeing that plaintiff/appellee, Arthur DePodesta ("DePodesta"), did not sell his sixty percent ownership interest in Lakart Food Services, L.L.C. ("Lakart") to Breaux. Finding no error, we affirm.
