The petitioner, Terry Elizabeth Ferguson, appeals a judgment dismissing her petition to reopen the succession of her father, Joseph C. Ferguson, Jr. The district court found that the petitioner's claim for her legitime as a forced heir had prescribed. For the following reasons, we affirm.
