Defendant, Carl Domangue, was charged with sexual battery, in violation of La. R.S. 14:43.1 (Count One), and molestation of a juvenile, in violation of La. R.S. 14:81.2 (Count Two). Defendant waived his right to a jury trial. A bench trial was held, after which the trial judge found defendant not guilty as to Count One, and guilty of the lesser included offense of indecent behavior with a juvenile as to Count Two.
