Plaintiff, Claudia Simone Franklin, and plaintiff-in-intervention, George S. Franklin Jr., appeal from a trial court judgment granting motions for summary judgment filed by defendants, Rodney and Carol Arbuckle, Camterra Resource Partners, Inc., and Petrohawk Properties, L.P. For the reasons set forth herein, we affirm.
