The defendant, Gary Lee Aulph, was convicted of failure to register as a sex offender, second offense, in violation of La. R.S. 15:542.2.1. He received a sentence of 20 years' imprisonment at hard labor without benefit of parole, probation or suspension of sentence. This appealed followed. For the following reasons, we affirm the defendant's conviction and sentence.
