STEWART, J.

The defendant, Otis Lee Smith, was convicted of armed robbery, in violation of La. R.S. 14:64. He was sentenced to serve 25 years' imprisonment, without benefit of probation, parole, or suspension of sentence, and 30 days in parish jail in lieu of court costs, to run concurrently with the other sentence.
