The defendant ambulance service filed a supervisory writ application seeking review of the trial court's denial of its exception of prescription, urging prescription was not interrupted by the plaintiff's suit for medical malpractice because she did not first present her claims to a medical review panel. For the following reasons, we deny the writ application.
