Defendant, Kevin P. Holmes, appeals his convictions for second degree murder and attempted second degree murder. On appeal, he argues that the evidence was insufficient to convict him, that the trial court erred in denying his motion for severance, and that his sentence for attempted second degree murder was excessive.
