Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Joel T. Chaisson, II , District Attorney, Louis G. Authement , Assistant District Attorney, Hahnville, LA, for Appellee.

Louis Boyd, Jr. , Oakdale, LA, In Proper Person.

Panel composed of Judges FREDERICKA HOMBERG WICKER, ROBERT M. MURPHY, and STEPHEN J. WINDHORST.

ROBERT M. MURPHY, Judge.

Louis Boyd, Jr. appeals the forfeiture of his pick-up truck in a state court civil proceeding.
