This is an appeal by Brenda Davis from a judgment in her favor and against Henry Vosbein and his insurer, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co., as a result of an automobile accident. A jury awarded Ms. Davis $9,000 in past medicals, $25,000 in future medicals, and $5,000 for loss of enjoyment of life. It also found her 25% at fault for the accident.
