MOORE, J.

Jacob A. Hamm pled guilty as charged to one count of second degree battery and received a sentence of four years at hard labor, the first 32 months to be served without suspension, with an order to make restitution of $11,662 to the victim and to serve five years' supervised probation. He now appeals his sentence as excessive; we affirm.
