Varnel Martin, Jr., was convicted by the 26th Judicial District Court, Parish of Bossier, State of Louisiana, of one count of second degree robbery in violation of La. R.S. 14:64.4 and was sentenced to 25 years' hard labor. Martin now appeals. For the following reasons, we affirm his conviction and sentence.
