LOLLEY, J.
Calvin Arnold Lain appeals the judgment of the Twenty-Sixth Judicial District Court, Parish of Bossier, State of Louisiana, wherein the trial court granted summary judgment in favor of defendants, the State of Louisiana through the Department of Transportation and Development (the "DOTD"), Highway Graphics, Inc., and the Gray Insurance Company. For the following reasons, we reverse the judgment of the trial court and remand for further proceedings.
