The State appeals the judgment of the trial court granting Leroy Lodge's, motion to quash the bill of information on December 14, 2011 and finding that the State's prosecution of the defendant was prohibited by the ex post facto clauses of both the State and Federal constitutions. We find merit to the State's argument and reverse the judgment of the trial court.
