The Appellant, Lawrence E. Burton, appeals the re-imposition of a sentence, on remand, of thirty (30) years and an additional five (5) year sentence, to be served without benefit of probation, parole or suspension, for a violation of La.Rev.Stat. 14:64.3.1 Finding that the district court did not err, we affirm.
