After seventeen years of Kerry Phillips' receiving temporary total disability indemnity benefits, following the work-related accident and injury of this now fifty-nine year old former New Orleans police officer, the Office of Workers' Compensation judge determined that Mr. Phillips was not entitled to permanent total disability benefits and dismissed his claim with prejudice.
