Appellant, Llevonne H. Holbrook, challenges the trial court's judgment, granting a motion for summary judgment filed by appellee, Dianne Carlucci, and invalidating the last will and testament filed on behalf of the late James Jason Holbrook, Sr. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
