Plaintiff, Sidney Williams, appeals the grant of summary judgment in favor of defendants, Brian Harding, individually, and in his capacity as a Louisiana State Trooper, and the State of Louisiana through the Louisiana State Police ("State Police"). Finding no error, we affirm.
