Alex T. Banks, an inmate in the custody of the Louisiana Department of Public Safety and Corrections ("DPSC"), appeals the judgment of the Nineteenth Judicial District Court affirming DPSC's final administrative decision denying the relief Banks requested through an administrative remedy procedure ("ARP"). For the following reasons, we affirm.
