In this medical malpractice case, the plaintiffs, Steve L. Jackson and Debbie A. Crawford, appeal a summary judgment dismissing their claims against defendants, Dr. Herminio Suazo-Vasquez (Dr. Suazo) and Bio-Medical Applications of Louisiana, LLC, (BMA), with prejudice. For the following reasons, we affirm.
