FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

Brandon Lee Cormier and Keri McGee Cormier (now Carriere) were married on March 13, 1998. One child was born of that union; namely, Parker Cormier. The marriage was terminated by a Judgment of Divorce dated June 5, 2005.

By way of a consent judgment, the parties were granted joint custody of Parker, with Keri named as the primary domiciliary or custodial parent. Brandon was granted ten days per month visitation...
