R.S. 40:966(A)(1); one count of possession with intent to distribute diazepam, a violation of La. R.S. 40:969(B); and one count of possession of marijuana (fourth felony offense), a violation of La. R.S. 40:966(D)(4). Guillot pled not guilty, and later filed a motion to suppress, which the trial court denied...
