The plaintiffs are Mr. Serou's surviving spouse (Judy Serou) and their three adult children (Gordon Serou, Jr.; Stephen Serou; and Dr. Michael Serou). The three principal defendants are the hospital, Specialty Hospital of New Orleans, Inc. ("SHONO"); the hospital's lessor, Touro Infirmary...
