Defendant, Bryan Joseph Dufrene, Jr., was convicted of fourth offense driving while intoxicated, in violation of La. R.S. 14:98(E) and was sentenced to 25 years at hard labor, with the first two years to be served without benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence, with credit for time served. Defendant now appeals.
