The Defendant, Johnny L. Eubanks, was charged by bill of information filed on November 16, 2009, with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, a violation of La.R.S. 40:966. A plea of not guilty was entered on December 1, 2009. Trial by jury commenced on June 21, 2010, and the jury returned a verdict of guilty the following day.
