STEWART, J.

This juvenile defendant, Dalton Fletcher, was convicted of two counts of second degree murder and sentenced to life imprisonment, without the benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence on each count. The defendant's motion to reconsider sentence was denied. The defendant now appeals. For the reasons discussed below, we affirm the defendant's conviction, vacate the sentence, and remand to the trial court for resentencing.
