This is a legal malpractice action instituted by plaintiff, Michael G. Lewis, against attorney Jerald L. Album and his liability insurer CNA Insurance ("Album"). In response, Album filed a motion for summary judgment and alternative exception of prescription, which was granted by the trial court. After the denial of his motion for new trial, Mr. Lewis appealed. We affirm the decision of the trial court.
