The State of Louisiana appeals the ruling of the district court quashing the charge of armed robbery with a firearm, La. R.S. 14:64.3, on the basis of "double jeopardy." For the reasons set forth below, we reverse the ruling of the district court and remand this matter to the district court for further proceedings.
