This is an appeal by Louisiana Workers' Compensation Corporation (LWCC) and Popeye's Diversified Foods and Seasonings, Inc., from a judgment awarding Arron J. Liggio workers' compensation benefits. For the following reasons, we amend the judgment to eliminate the awards for penalties, attorney fees, and future medical expenses. In all other respects, the judgment is affirmed.
