Defendant/Appellant, Daughters of St. Paul, Inc. d/b/a Pauline Books & Media (hereinafter referred to as "Pauline Books"), seeks review of the trial court's granting of summary judgment on the enforcement of a zoning ordinance in favor of Plaintiff/Appellee, Parish of Jefferson (hereinafter referred to as "the Parish"), in the 24th Judicial District Court, Division "M". For the following reasons, we affirm.
