The defendant, Tri-Parish Rehabilitation, appeals the judgment of the workers compensation judge (WCJ) in favor of the plaintiff-employee, Carolyn Davis. For the following reasons, we affirm.

FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND
