This is an appeal by Mark Dingler, plaintiff, from a judgment sustaining an exception of prescription urged by Heart Clinic of Louisiana and Brian J. Cospolich, M.D., defendants, in this medical malpractice action. For the following reasons, we affirm that judgment.
