PITMAN, J.
Jessica Ann Farris, Plaintiff, appeals a judgment dismissing her petition for damages and for an accounting. Defendants, Michelle and Michael Kolb, filed exceptions of res judicata and of no cause of action, which were granted by the trial court. For the reasons set forth herein, we reverse and remand to the trial court for further proceedings.
