Defendant, Henry B. Aguillar (a.k.a. Henry Aguilar, a.k.a. Henry Perez, a.k.a. Henry Aguilar-Modesto), appeals his convictions and sentences for two counts of forcible rape, in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:42.1. For the following reasons, we affirm defendant's convictions and sentences, and we grant appointed counsel's motion to withdraw.
