This is an action for personal injuries sustained by a minor child who accidentally ingested prescription medication during the time he was placed in the custody of foster parents by the State of Louisiana. The foster parents' homeowner's insurer was dismissed through summary judgment on the ground that the homeowner's policy did not provide coverage for such claims. From this judgment, the minor child has appealed. We hereby affirm the trial courts...
