The defendant, Scott J. Brown, seeks reversal of his conviction for simple burglary of a vehicle pursuant to La.Rev.Stat. 14:62(A) and the denial of his motion for new trial and motion in arrest of judgment on the basis of insufficiency of evidence. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm the conviction and sentence.
