This appeal arises from the alleged sexual battery of a juvenile by the defendant, Jessie Johnson, Jr., who was sixty-nine years old at the time of the alleged incident. The jury found the defendant guilty of one count of sexual battery and the trial court sentenced him to twenty-five years at hard labor without benefit of probation, parole or suspension of sentence, with credit for time served.
