The plaintiff in this matter, Rick Henry, appears individually and as executor of the estate of his wife, Joanne Henry,1 and appeals the trial court judgment dismissing the claims for damages asserted against the defendants, Zurich American Insurance Company, Baronne Veterinary Clinic, Inc., and Joshua T. Hill, D.V.M. For the following reasons, we affirm the trial court judgment in all respects.
