The Estate of Branch Ehrhardt ("plaintiff") and William Ken Hawkins ("intervenor") appeal a judgment rendered by the Office of Workers' Compensation, District 7, partially granting a peremptory exception of prescription in favor of Jefferson Parish Fire Department ("defendant") and dismissing all of plaintiff's claims related to the April 7, 2005 "Heart and Lung" claim. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
