This is a Civil Service Commission of the City of New Orleans ("CSC") case. The appellant, Melanie Davis, seeks review of the CSC's denial of her appeal of the discipline imposed by the appointing authority, the New Orleans Recreation Department ("NORD"). For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
