ROBERT A. CHAISSON, Judge.

Defendant, Kewana Drewery, appeals her convictions for possession with intent to distribute marijuana and possession of a firearm while in possession of a controlled dangerous substance. For the reasons that follow, we affirm defendant's conviction for possession with intent to distribute marijuana but vacate her conviction and sentence for possession of a firearm while in possession of marijuana.
