This appeal arises from Marie Robinson's eviction from River Garden Apartments. The trial court found that Ms. Robinson violated her lease and gave her twenty-four hours to vacate. Ms. Robinson alleged that the trial court's denial of her exception of prematurity and exception to vagueness are reversible error.
