In this medical malpractice action, the trial court dismissed the claims of the plaintiff, Joe L. Davidson, Sr. ("Mr. Davidson"), upon granting exceptions of prescription filed on behalf of the defendants, Glenwood Resolution Authority, Inc., f/k/a Glenwood Regional Medical Center ("Glenwood") and Robert Keith White, M.D. ("Dr. White"). Mr. Davidson now appeals. Finding no error in the trial court's judgment, we affirm.
