Imperial Fire and Casualty Insurance Company ("Imperial") appeals the judgment of the First Judicial District Court, Parish of Caddo, State of Louisiana, wherein the trial court ruled in favor of Gabrielle Daniels, Allariet Howard, and Maryta Hullaby (the "plaintiffs").
