The three plaintiffs in this litigation, Milo Nickel, Mike LeBlanc, and BBG Partners, LLC (BBG), brought suit against the defendants, MB Industries, Inc. (MBI) and MBI Global, LLC (MBI Global), in an effort to redeem an assignment of litigious rights from MBI to MBI Global pursuant to the provisions of La.Civ.Code art. 2652.
